In this session we’re going to look at all the bubbling and burping bottles, jars and crocks that people have around their houses. What fermented foods do you have going? What have you learned? What’s your favorite living food or ingredient? This is a time to informally share what you are doing, ask questions, and get new ideas for projects. The Bennington Area Makerspace provides opportunities for connection to the entire community via intellectually and physically creative activities.
